Salary: £18,720.00 basic + uncapped commission scheme with realistic OTE of £3k – £3.6k
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (No evenings or weekends!)
The role:
Bloom Hearing Specialists are recruiting for a Customer Care Consultant. We provide hearing aids to our customers experiencing hearing loss in order to improve our customers lives.
The purpose of this role is to contact and convert new sales leads into sales opportunities for our hearing aid dispensers. Duties will include:
- Contact new leads and make appointments for dispensers
- Ensure high quality appointments are made and placed in diaries at appropriate times and geographical spread
- To achieve set conversion and cancellation rate targets
- Proactively identify any potential lead generation opportunities
- Work closely with Hearing Aid Dispensers, and other tele appointers sharing good practice and information
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- To receive inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Ensure appointments offered are to customers’ needs
The Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have previous call handling experience with both inbound and outbound experience and strive to always provide exemplary customer service.
