They are now looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join the team and support the external sales team with successful on boarding of digital products and provide project management support to large volume customers (LVC).

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain an effective on-boarding process and workflow
  • Work alongside the external sales team to ensure that the customer is in full understanding of the on-boarding process
  • Coordinating internal functions to on-board new customers including portal set up, training, finance etc. to and existing new product developments are communicated to customers effectively
  • Work alongside the training teams to support the customer’s product integration
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of their platform and how it works and the benefits it offers to workers
  • Act as the voice of the customer to enhance the digital product and portal user experience
  • Work closely with their colleagues to ensure LVC needs are being fulfilled – sales, customer services, training, finance
  • As part of the integration process, to provide regular status updates of LVC on-boardings, product warrantee registrations and portal usage. Weekly project calls should be held with stakeholders and project plans should be maintained to track progress
  • Participating in LVC business on-boarding meetings and provide updates to senior management on integration projects they have been assigned
  • The candidate will also assist in the production of the new business report and other KPIs / management reports as required and assisting with ad hoc projects as required
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of their sense products, excellent technical skills and products knowledge, delivering high-level services to potential and existing volume customers
  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with LVC customers and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible experience during their on-boarding period

The candidate:

  • Experience of providing technical support for digital products, specifically apps and portals
  • Experience in delivering a first-class customer service
  • Project management skills
  • Use of CRM platform
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Commercially aware with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Technically minded with an interest in data and digital technology
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to create and communicate regular reports/findings
