Customer Service Representative – Financial

There is a full time vacancy at the Company’s Nelson Branch and both full and part time vacancies at their Lytham Branch Monday to Friday 8.45am until 4.45pm (35 hours) with some Saturdays on a rota.

You will be responsible for:

As a customer representative delivering the Company’s personal service, helping people feel at home in their branches and getting to know them is essential.

You will also be promoting a range of savings, home insurance and mortgage products. All of this will involve delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring all operational and regulatory risk is adhered to, contributing to the success of your team and a responsibility to specialise and remain competent in AIP delivery and/or 3rd party products.

An ability to provide excellent customer service is essential alongside a passion to do more and enjoy both the challenges and rewards that come from these interactions.

They offer full training so experience in finance or banking is not required. They are looking for their next team members to have a good standard of general education (GCSE Grade C) experience of customer service, good communication skills, dealing with queries, problem solving and have a willingness to work some Saturday mornings.

You could come from a range of backgrounds like retail, sales, call centre or cashier as they have a fantastic training program to support you and develop your career with them.

  • Starting salary of £16,020 – £17,040 per annum (Successful candidates coming in at £16,020 will increase to £16,380 after completion of probationary period)
