Where do you come in?
- Under the direction of the Design Manager, being responsible for Design and development of digital training modules for clients and employees by taking training needs and determining appropriate digital training solutions that are engaging, visual and on brand
- Utilising the high level training needs identified by the L&D Delivery & Design Manager and conduct detailed training needs analysis
- Being responsible for producing story boards or wireframes that present a clear picture of the proposed solution and presenting ideas and concepts to gain agreement to proposed approach
- Following a consistent approach to stakeholder management, adherence to brand, engagement with project teams, PMO, SMEs etc.
- Where a “Just in time” training solution is required, work with project teams to ensure that appropriate delivery mechanism is developed and the correct content is delivered
You need to have
- Proven knowledge of other Creative Cloud applications
- Experience of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign
