The role offers an opportunity to work with their fantastic client base. You’ll be helping them to create an exceptional experience for their employees, enabling them to recruit and retain the very people who will in turn deliver their own strategic ambitions.

Role Overview:

The role will require you to understand their clients’ demographics and objectives, and present them with tailored solutions to maximise employee engagement. Alongside this, you’ll need to develop a strong understanding of their market-leading product, OneHub, ensuring that they use technology to create exceptional employee experiences.

About You:

They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as you’ll be preparing client documentation and reports, and regularly presenting to clients. You will also need an eye for detail as you’ll be responsible for creating the scheme designs and assisting through the testing process before the scheme goes live.

You’ll be educated to degree level, effective at building relationships, detail-conscious, and resourceful in your approach to identifying and responding to opportunities and challenges. You will also be able to prioritise and manage competing demands within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

As part of the role you will receive comprehensive training on employee benefits and you would benefit from an interest in understanding the structure and tax treatment of benefits.
