Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
Location: Knightsbridge
Salary: £20,787.69 p.a. plus meal allowance of £1385 p.a. plus bonus of up to £2,000
Shift pattern: 5 out of 7 days per week
Opened in 2005 and located in Knightsbridge, this exclusive private apartment complex is now seeking a talented individual to join their well established and solid Housekeeping Department.
Role Overview:
The Job Holder is responsible for cleaning apartment complex on a daily basis to ensure that consistently high levels of cleanliness are maintained in accordance with Policies and Procedures and their 5 star luxury ethos.
Main Duties:
- Clean identified and allocated areas on a daily basis ensuring these are kept meticulously clean and organised at all times
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
- Minimise spoilage, breakage and wastage of operating supplies being mindful of budget at all times
- Handle resident enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report resident’s complaints or problems to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager if no immediate solution can be found and ensure follow-up with the resident is done
- Hand over to the Housekeeping Manager all Lost & Found items with full Information
- Have a complete understanding of the different cleaning products and their economical use ensuring the appropriate cleaning materials are used in accordance with product instructions
- Attend regular departmental communication meetings
- Assist in carrying out quarterly, bi-yearly, annual inventory of operating equipment
