What is an Inside Sales Executive?

Taking a consultative approach to B2B sales, as an inside sales consultant you will be listening to the business needs of digital health leads across healthcare, local government, technology developer and pharma, and matching them to ORCHA’s product and service offering.

  • Your role is at the heart of the sales cycle and thus you will work closely with and support the sales and marketing team. You will be given a brief, material, and contacts to build relationships with.
  • You will be tracking sources such as tenders and industry news, to identify opportunities.
  • You will be handed leads through marketing and lead generation acquisition.
  • It is your job to develop, nurture and create leads, as well as convert any leads provided, into onsite meetings or web-demonstrations for the sales team. You are the key contact for potential customers and therefore you will be multitasking, working on diverse matters, nurturing relationships, creating proposals and completing tenders.
  • You will have the opportunity to attend our events and conferences.

Key Duties:

  • Identifying and pursuing target prospects.
  • Listening and pursuing opportunities.
  • Generating appointments.
  • Filtering/qualifying leads for sales.

What do you need to be successful for the role?

  • A graduate with a 1st or 2:1 university degree (all disciplines welcome) or 2 years experience within a sales roles
  • A keen interest in technology or has worked in digital technologies/ has a passion for tech
  • Have a good understanding of healthcare and/or strong desire to learn
  • If you have sales experience then a proven track record of generating leads from cold leads through to converting warm leads
  • An energetic and influential individual
  • Customer-oriented and sales minded
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and individually, using your initiative and autonomy
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Excellent client-facing and Internal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to be flexible in your approach to work
  • A committed work ethic, with enthusiasm to develop your skills and a drive to learn
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
