Job Title: IT Systems Administrator / Security Analyst

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Salary: The salary for this post will be within the range 19 – 25 of the pay spine for Support Staff, which is currently £28,242.00 – £33,384.00 per annum. The salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience.

The College is an outstandingly successful Sixth Form College with 2,500 16-19 year old students following advanced level courses. They have a long history of exceptional examination results and sits near the top of the national sixth-form college performance tables, meaning it is one of the very best in the country.

The College has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Administrator / Security Analyst to join the support staff team. The role will be interesting and varied, covering a wide range duties; such as supporting a variety of IT systems, monitoring of multiple security systems, participating in ongoing projects, new systems implementation, and policy development/documentation to enable secure and effective operations. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of operating systems and network protocols to develop their skills and experience.
