There is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and established workforce at the City of Lincoln Council within the Housing Repairs Team. The Housing Repairs Team are responsible for repairing and maintaining 7,800 properties throughout Lincoln, helping to ensure that Lincoln is an excellent place to live and work.
About the role:
As a Joiner working within the Empty property and General repairs teams, you will be working closely with the customers to ensure that customer satisfaction remains high. Work will include a wide range of Joinery tasks. You will also be responsible for a business vehicle and a power tool kit provided.
About you:
- Relevant Joinery qualifications or experience
- A CSCS card
- Full driving license
- Initiative to achieve a first time fix
