Job Type: Full Time, Permanent – Hours: 40 over 4 days: Saturday and Sunday (06:00-18:00) plus 2 other days (08:00-17:00)

Due to business growth they are currently recruiting for a Weekend Logistics Supervisor to join their team based at Milton Park near Didcot, Oxfordshire.
Role Overview:
This hands-on operational role holds responsibility for planning, supervising and delivery of the day to day activities of the weekend logistics team at Milton Park. Ensuring safe methods of work are employed, EHSQ processes are followed at all times, quality is maintained, and both internal and external KPI’s are met across the operation.
They are proud of their reputation for high quality service delivery; providing comprehensive and customised logistics solutions at all stages of the supply chain and are looking for candidates who are willing and able to meet the same high standards.
The logistics operation supports medical magnet production and is very much focused on quality and professionalism.
The Candidate:
Their ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience within a logistics or warehouse environment and possess counterbalance and reach truck licences. Experience of using an indoor crane and checking and booking goods manually or using hand-held scanners is desirable.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude with good written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive supervisory experience gained in a warehouse/logistics environment
- Forklift licences (Counterbalance and Reach)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused approach
- Attention to detail
