The role
- Responsible for day to day running of Injection Mould, Blow Mould and Extrusion departments
- Allocation of labour against the production plan
- Generate and maintain departmental KPI’s
- Ensure all equipment is processing efficiently
- Ensure the products being produced are to agreed standards and production plan
- Attend and lead team shift meetings

- Experience with Plastic Injection moulding is essential
