Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Surrey, London
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company is a Specialist Interiors, Museum, Science & Exhibition Fit Out Company recently winning The Queen’s Award for International Trade and is looking to employ experienced, conscientious, self-motivated and ambitious Project Managers with good background in fit out and construction sectors to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with design teams, client teams and any other professionals involved with the project to ensure all works are seamlessly integrated
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to high quality
- Financial control
- Programming & Sequencing of project tasks
- Daily tasks include the management of personnel, sub-contractors, suppliers, coordinating and maintaining the overall programme
- Excellent skills in communication
- All roles could involve short travel overseas, when necessary
Key Requirements:
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude that always delivers on time and to the highest quality
- Microsoft Office software and Programming skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in ‘Fit-out’ Project Management
- Drive to want to be a Director within 5-10 years of being at the company
