Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Oxford

Salary: £14.60 per hour, £30,368.00 per annum

The company is looking for experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers in Oxford, Gloucester and the Midlands.

They are a busy Service and Maintenance Contractor, dealing in the commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry. Their customers are within the Retail, Hospital and Food Processing sectors.

Engineers are required to attend service calls at customer sites and provide a reactive repair service to the various types of cooling equipment the Company cover e.g. Integral Refrigeration, Packs, Remote Refrigeration, Condensers, Water Chillers and Split Air Conditioning Systems. They are also required to complete routine preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or extensive industry experience and FGAS category 1 certification. They would also expect a full UK driving license.

Their engineers are supplied with a fully stocked company vehicle with tools, PPE, spare parts and smart phone, and are paid from door to door.

There is a standby rota that all engineers are part of, which enables the company to offer a 24-hour emergency breakdown service.

Basic hours are 08.30am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime as and when required. Engineers are paid overtime rates at time and half and double time dependent.
