We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our client, PPL PRS, who service the music licencing industry. You will be handling outbound calls to new and existing clients to assess their music licensing needs and supporting them to meet their legal obligations, whilst promoting the benefits of music within their business. Full training will be provided.

This role has the flexibility to work from home for the duration of the contract, but we are also able to accommodate those that wish to move into an office-based role longer term, from our offices in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

What will I do in the role?

  • Undertaking sales through service, on a B2B basis, and providing the highest level of customer service
  • First point of contact with existing or potential customers
  • Outbound calling businesses to establish current/prospective music usage in their organisations across the UK and processing sales of music licenses
  • Brand ambassador for your client acting on behalf of PPL PRS, promoting the use of music in their customer’s businesses and advocating compliance with legal obligations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not essential
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Self-motivated and resilient character with tenacity to achieve and exceed your sales targets
  • A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

What will I be paid?

We offer a competitive base pay plus performance related bonuses which equates to £25,000 OTE per annum and benefits such as:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Full time – 40 hours per week
  • Fixed Term Contract – 3 Months, with the potential to move onto a permanent contract in future
  • We have inductions starting immediately throughout June 2021

Location:

As part of this role, agile working will be required to work from home. You will therefore need to have a computer or laptop running Windows 10 and a strong WiFi connection – a technical specification and homeworking criteria questionnaire will be provided in more detail for your completion upon receipt of your application.
