Job Title: Service Manager’s Assistant / Call Desk Administrator

Location: Dartford

Salary: £20,568.00 pro rata (FTE £25,710 per annum)

Job Type: Permanent, Part time (Tuesday to Friday / 8am-5pm)

Liftec is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our busy team.

About the role:

Liftec is looking Liftec is looking for an enthusiastic Service Administrator to support its Wandsworth Council Service team. Working with the Service Manager you will provide a high standard of customer service whilst maintaining accurate records and responding to breakdowns via a client Portal. You will be dealing with a high volume of telephone contact both with our client and the departments’ field engineers to ensure rapid response to lift breakdowns and co-ordinating the completion of works in targeted time frames. You will be adaptable, organised and able to prioritise your workload with plenty of initiative and ability to work well in a team. This is a busy position with variety and never a dull moment.

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent customer care skills with confidence to professionally handle sensitive or difficult situations (within the lift / construction industry would be preferred)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills with experience of responding to external and internal demands
  • PC literate with accurate typing and data-entry and database management skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people and use own initiative
  • Professional and polite manner
